About Stephen Davey

I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist trained at the Arbours Association, bound by the UKCP code of ethics and practice and have experience in counselling too. I am also trained as a supervisor and offer individual or group supervision to psychodynamic counsellors and psychotherapists. I work also within the Drug, Alcohol and Mental Health field.

Working on a long and short-term basis I can see people once or twice a week depending on their needs and I see couples once weekly.

I have my own private practice as well as having 8 years' experience as a coordinator for an Arbours Association therapeutic community, working with individuals and couples who explored their personal difficulties in a safe and confidential environment.

As well as working with local organisations offering therapy to employees experiencing difficulties at work, I have been working with the Hertfordshire Constabulary for the last year.
